About

This year’s Top 100 Gala Experience will not disappoint! We are proud to bring our guests together in to show our community support of the American Cancer Society and the fight against cancer. We’ll be staying true to our Nashville location with this year’s theme of Sapphires & Spurs.

Our one-of-a-kind evening will feature a faux Mocktail Challenge, faux Live Auction, incredible entertainment, non-stop energy and more! Through the faux mission fundraising portion of the evening, you will have the opportunity to give back with play money and show your support to the American Cancer Society. It is a night that we know you won’t forget, and we could not be happier to kick up our boots and dance the night away. See y’all there!

Be on the lookout on your phone for key event communications.

Our Mission

Mission Fundraising: Childhood Cancer

After accidents, cancer is the second leading cause of death in children ages 1 to 14. Because of major treatment advances in recent decades, 85% of children with cancer now survive 5 years or more. Still, survival rates can vary a great deal depending on the type of cancer and other factors. The American Cancer Society uses a comprehensive approach to working to end childhood cancer as we know it, for everyone, by leveraging our unique strengths in funding the best research; publishing the most current trends in childhood cancer occurrence and survival; providing information on symptoms, early detection, treatment and support for children with cancer and their families; and working to improve the quality of life for childhood cancer patients and survivors.

Every cancer. Every life.

Sydney Sherrill

Sydney Sherrill’s powerhouse voice, memorable hooks, and ability to write relatable anthems for Gen-Z makes her an essential artist on the rise. At just 19 years old, the New York based singer-songwriter with a background in musical theater propelled into a career in music which landed her at the Clive Davis Institute for Recorded Music at NYU Tisch. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Taylor Swift, Stevie Nicks, and Adele, Sydney’s songs embody earnest narratives that mesh pop melodies with folk and rock undertones. In addition to working with GRAMMY-winning producer Greg Collins (Gwen Stefani, Ingrid Michaelson, Michelle Branch) and vocal coach and producer Kim Wood Sandusky (Beyoncé, Lauren Alaina, Thomas Rhett), Sydney is currently gearing up to release her forthcoming debut album, 17 Young and Stunning, where she illustrates the highs and lows of her generation.

To date, Sydney has gathered hundreds of thousands of streams, opened for American music icon Sheryl Crow, and performed at the largest single night fundraiser for the American Cancer Society at the 50th Annual Cattle Baron’s Ball in Dallas headlined by Shania Twain. She has also had the privilege of singing the National Anthem at various sporting events for the Texas Rangers, Carolina Hurricanes, and Dallas Sidekicks, to name a few.
